About Us
Why We Do This
Emerging Ummah Community is a Muslim community organization and NGO founded on 20 March 2020. We bring together people who want to serve, turning their time, skills, and resources into meaningful work for communities.
Our Story
From Good Intentions
To Purposeful Action
Emerging Ummah Community began in 2020 as an NGO, project, and Muslim community organization built around a simple idea: bring self-inspired people together and turn their willingness to help into meaningful action.
Since then, that idea has grown into recurring work across Pakistan, including clean water, food and ration assistance, education, housing, winter relief, Qurbani, Ramadan initiatives, flood response, and community welfare.
We continue to grow through the people who give their time, skills, resources, and support to make this work possible.
A Message From Our Founder
Ahmed Mahmood
Founder & CEO
Emerging Ummah Community began with a simple belief: people who want to help should have a place where they can turn that intention into action. What started in 2020 has grown into a community of people contributing their time, skills, resources, and support to serve others.
Our work is still growing, but the principle remains the same: bring good intentions together and put them to work where they are needed most.
Our Mission
Turn Good Intentions
Into Action
We bring together people who want to serve and help turn their abilities, resources, and good intentions into meaningful action against poverty, hardship, injustice, and other community needs.
Our Vision
A Platform For People Who Serve
We envision a connected community where people can come together to support others, share their abilities, and build lasting solutions for communities across Pakistan.
